Max Graham Is A Cinematographer From The North East Of England. 

Starting off His Career at Manchester Metropolitan University specialising in cinematography at Manchester School Of Art studying filmmaking. he graduated with a high first class honours degree Winning The Josh Jarvis Cinematography Award, presented by Rachel Clark BSC for excellence in Cinematography.

Also Receiving An Award From The Royal Television Society (RTS Awards), for Cinematography Early On In His Career, He Has Gone On To Shoot Several BFI Funded Films, Including Gritty Welsh Coastal Drama: Salt Water Town, Winner of the Sony Future Filmmaker Award, Judged By Sir Roger Deakins ASC, BSC.

He has Also been nominated for multiple Cinematography awards at BAFTA, BIFA & academy award Qualifying festivals, including a nomination at The British Short Film awards sponsored by The British Cinematographer & a nomination at the 2024, 2025 & 2026 RTS Awards.

He Is known for his intimate handheld Operating Style And Has Also Worked alongside many production companies such as Fulwell 73, Amazon Studios & the BBC. Commercially, Shooting For local company flymo and Fashion Brand Barbour.

Max Has Worked as a crew member for a Decade in the camera department. He Is the creator and designer of the “Aye Max - Hinge” In partnership with Filmsticks, which has changed the way camera assistants handle a clapperboard on set, it has gone on to sell units globally.
